      Pros

      It was a great company to get experience on large projects early on in my career. I learned a ton of skills that have shaped my career. Great benefits and tons of coworkers to learn from. If you can handle the travel, the ESOP is a great program here.

      Lots of travel and long hours. Be ready to put in the work.

      It has a great retirement plan, our health insurance is free, 401k match good safety culture

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, it's not the hardest work but it's hot in a trench box or on top of a wall of rebar
