Cons

- Toxic culture - Managers have too much power without any accountability, are basically tyrants - Management does not listen to issues of the employees - HR is a lame duck, their existence is inconsequential - Huge disconnect of the Indian office with all other global offices - Management is untrustworthy and has been caught doing unethical practices many times over

Pros

A stable company that achieves annual double-digit growth. Associates have personal and career development opportunities. There are many Gartner offices domestically and internationally.

Cons

A large company can sometimes lose a personable touch concerning cross-departmental relationships. The work is metrics-driven, so satisfactory monthly and annual performance are essential for ongoing employment.
