Pros

Great salary package and benefits. The office is well located and is very comfortable. Real hybrid model of working (once a week, not fully enforced)

Cons

In IT the project are internal and sometimes there's not a clear direction on what needs to be done. Some corporate practices can be a bit tiring (lots of reporting and monitoring)
