The management is extremely inexperienced and immature, which creates a culture of inconsistency and poor communication. Decisions often feel reactive rather than proactive, and basic organizational skills are lacking. This environment makes it difficult for employees to feel supported or confident in their roles. Performance plans are issued constantly, not as a genuine tool for development, but seemingly as a way to push employees out rather than address financial issues or conduct proper layoffs. This approach creates fear, instability, and a deeply unhealthy work environment.

Surrounded by many hardworking and intelligent colleagues, generous PTO, flexible hours, annual bonuses. Full time WFH (but this may change soon)

Cons

Management overcomplicated many things; too many processes and micromanaging of work and overall process. Managers do not do the same work as employees but harshly critique it the same Not many opportunities to move up; extremely rigorous promotion process that often took years to get and many did not; had many senior colleagues still at the same level Company suddenly laid off many workers, both senior and new; appears to be doing RTO very soon. Not honest about how the company and industry is doing; often having positive messages in company meetings but aggressive reorg and layoffs in the last year
