      Salary fresh out of college is decent, benefits are ok. Increase in business acumen is also a plus, especially for those looking to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Micro-management (they know they can get away with this because there aren't many options available in the area); no work-life balance, high pressure selling environment. Those who naturally possess an entrepreneurial/autonomous spirit--STAY AWAY!

      Great atmosphere. Fantastic value proposition and wonderful training. This really is a phenomenal place to work. You are exposed to many facets of the IT industry and work with the most senior leaders within your accounts.

      Cons

      "New to Gartner" boss was a struggle that made the negatives outweigh the positives aspects of the company / job.
