Pros
Huge learning culture, you will be surrounded by inspiring, driven and ambitious individuals. Very competitive on salary and incentives. Fantastic and inclusive culture and very good work life balance considering it's a sales centric company. Colleagues really respect eachother. Great opportunities within the business and you are supported if you want to seek outside your current role.
Cons
Constant change (not necessarily bad) this needs to be something you are comfortable with. This is a large company so lots of processes and sometimes things take a while to get done. Getting used to the processes and best practises also is not a bad thing but can take some getting used to if you haven't come from that sort of environment.
