      Pros

      Some of the best IT and business professionals you'll find anywhere. Very collaborative culture. Excellent benefits package and lots of flexibility when it comes to work hours and working remotely. Opportunity to travel if you're into that.

      Cons

      People are over-worked and there aren't many opportunities for advancement due to the fact that they run a lean ship and people tend to stick around for a while. A promotion is usually in the form of a title change and a little bump in pay to in order to keep people happy. A little bit of an old boys club going on. Seems some folks in senior management are kept around because the impression is that they are responsible for the company's success. However, its my opinion that in a lot of cases the success is in spite of the old heads and should be contributed to the passion and dedication of the troops.

      Pros

      This company has great benefits, especially since Software Advice was acquired from Gartner. This includes a matching 401k program, comprehensive medical benefits and high salary options. The people on the marketing team are very intelligent and are execution oriented. If you are looking to learn about digital communications and SEO this is place for you. There aren't many companies out there doing a better job. The management are great and really want the best for you. It is worth noting that this job is not a good place for someone who doesn't enjoy working hard in an intense/deadline orientated environment.

      Cons

      I think the company continues to advance and make this a really enjoyable place to work. Not many CONS in my opinion.

      Challenging, educational, rewarding, inspiring, compensation allows to achieve good earnings, great training

      Cons

      Requires great perseverance. There is a short term view in delivering revenue that may make challenging to build long term strategic relationships
