      Great for learning about yourself and gauging your ability to a consultative conversation. Performance feedback is highly useful and, if unsuccessful, you will at least have learned how to be a better salesperson.

      If you're not from London - the final stage could be a bit of an expensive

      Pros

      -Gartner is a company going through significant growth, meaning opportunities to progress your career are always available -A strong emphasis is placed on culture fit, meaning you work with like-minded individuals in a very collaborative environment. No one has ever said no to grabbing five minutes to help me with something. -Really great office set up. Very modern and professional. -Management culture is to coach and develop their team, not to micromanage or infringe. They treat you like adults.

      Cons

      -Because we are growing at such an accelerated rate, it is not uncommon for projects that you're working on to be altered/amended to accommodate for changes in strategy.
