      Pros

      Dynamic yet human-centric firm. The culture is quite flexible, has low hierarchy and is transparent (e.g. compared to certain similar professional services companies I know), management goes an extra mile to provide you with opportunities that support professional and personal development. One of the best companies I can think of for passionate, ambitious and driven individuals: high trust environment & high impact engagements, strong emphasis on quality and constant (real) opportunities for learning. Based on my experience, the company values and cares for employee-well being & work-life balance and embraces diversity of thinking and backgrounds. High quality work, outstanding client satisfaction and objectivity also greatly valued.

      Cons

      Office location a bit far from where I live. A high risk that you genuinely start to look forward to mondays (instead of fridays).
