      Pros

      Growing company with opportunities for expanded responsibilities and learning. Great people - smart. When a poor hire is made they are quick to move on. Process driven culture. Good pay and bonuses. Great research and events that really deliver value to clients.

      Cons

      Unwillingness to invest/increase budgets despite growth. Still centralizing a lot of functions in the US despite being a truly global company.
