- No matter how good you are at your job, it will not be noticed unless you are strong at political games, and suck up to the right people
- being successful is as simple as writing an email at the end of the week to your boss, saying you turned up to work 5 days this week (forgetting the fact you didn't actually do anything)
- Aggressive growth plan, and are big on recruitment yet have no real desire to manage and hold on to existing staff. Turnover is very high
- they have a real mix of quality employees, and some of the worst i have ever encountered. You can easily coast by in this company, and will not be at risk. If you are bad at your job but suck up to the right people you will be protected
- change is not that easy. Every decision is made by committee and their is no transparency
- no coaching / training is offered to help advance your career. The job you are hired for is where they see you and where they want you to stay
- becoming extremely metric driven across all business units. Although quality is discussed, it is down to the numbers game
- Promotions are rare, and the managers in leadership positions are extremely weak and not strong enough to drive the business forward
- very heavy focus on the Sales division, with other divisions completely ignored
