      Company operates as two entities; one side as a university and one side as a typical business.

      Pros

      Incredible opportunity to work with smart people - all playing their A-game.

      Cons

      Stagnation - no career path for most positions and very little change to salary once initial deal is struck. Basically, whatever you negotiate when you come it is what you get until you leave for another company.
