Pros

You have the chance to work most of the time with exceptional people, particularly smart and professional. There is a great work flexibility: you can organize great part of your time by your self: you are considered to be a self-starter. The company is growing at high speed and offer international career and exposure. You have the opportunity to work on very interesting and intellectually challenging topics.

Cons

Pressure to reach target is very high. Collaboration is critical but the hierarchical silos structure and strong internal competition make this challenging.

Ambitious but realistic targets, rewarded for your hard work by recognition from senior management and remuneration. High growth means lots of opportunities come up, and the process is to look at internal options first. Strong vision and objectives, which are regularly communicated to all employees.

Cons

Very sales-centric organisation - some people may not enjoy this, but the model works well.
