Pros
The company continues to grow so there are lots of opportunities. Can travel to some interesting places and meet some interesting people. There are some very knowledgeable and talented people there. The people are, on the whole, supportive and committed.
Cons
Continued centralization of management to the US is resulting in decreased satisfaction in the 'remote' sites. Even though international operations are sizeable, they seem largely ignored in terms of influence over strategy. Probably great if you're able to relocate to the US; if not, your career probably won't go far. In some areas, progression does also appear to depend on who you know, rather than how good you are.
