Pros
If you are ambitious have a strong work ethic and have a "no limits mindset" then this company offers progression, visibility and a long term career. Gartner enables you to quickly learn and become adaptable to different changes and challenges whilst providing the right resources to perform your role. Although this is a corporate company it is still feels personal and I am treated as an individual that is recognized for my own achievements. I have grown and learnt so much about the business world by being here. I see a long career with Gartner and am happy that I made the choice to join such a great organisation.
Cons
Being a large American company sometimes means decisions are made in the US opposed to regionally. I feel this could be improved however since my time here I have seen more focus on different cultures and regions.
