No-one is successful at Gartner working as a 'one man band', you can utilise the resources and your colleagues and build your own win team! There is phenominal training, which demonstrates that Gartner invests heavily in the development of its associates
Cons
Gartner operates a matrix management structure, and as such there are dotted lines of responsibility that can cloud where the direction is coming from. This is something that is being addressed however, and there will always be overall control from the US where the company is headquartered
