Pros

Nice coworkers, free lunch in the office (for a while), good company name, work life balance

Cons

Hard to get acclimated as a new joiner if you don’t start as a junior employee, but really depends on your manager. Very PIP-y culture, often due to conditions outside of the employee’s control. Budget constraints were felt very strongly over the last year. Salaries are lower than comparable roles (but you know that going in!)

Smart and curious people

Pros

Colleagues are whip smart and curious, particularly the analysts who are hired to develop research and consult with clients in the c-suite. Fully remote or hybrid work is available for some roles. Systems and tools (including numerous AI-enabled tools) for getting work done are top-flight.

Cons

Too early to tell, but so far the support for orientation and to quickly ramp up to contribute has been excellent.
