      Pros

      Nice campus, benefits, and amazing PTO allowance . If you're young, female, attractive and don't mind burying your nose into the rears of the VPs you'll get promoted quickly in the Client Service department.

      Cons

      Dozens of soul draining metrics that are so out of touch with how our clients actually use the services. Meaningless meetings with direct management for feedback with zero follow through on action items. Drink and preach the koolaid quickly or risk being labeled as someone who isn't a good "fit"

      Pros

      Well known company, opportunity for money, good sales experience.

      Cons

      They hire from around the country and have very high turnover. Its very competitive and a cut throat environment. Not every new hire graduates from "the academy" (10 week training process). 60% of employees don't stay for a full year. It also has a fraternity like feel. Its clicky, and has a big bro culture.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, looking back upon my time, I can't think of a single positive of working at Gartner.

      Cons

      Sales: saturated markets, inexperienced management and leadership, territory breakdowns. Many more, but I don't want/or have time bash. Not surprised the Glassdoor ratings have tanked over the past couple years.
