Sales culture is insulated, with out of touch old school VPs with elitist mindsets driving a big fear based culture - the VPs compete so hard against each other because of their egos and fear that the teams and clients suffer. Major sales and sales management burnout happening. No understanding of time in territory benefits long term-territories became musical chairs even for large accounts - Something happened culturally in 2024 and it’s been downhill for sales from there…also let’s face it, the CEO needs to go.
