For a company that produces research on how C-Suites should lead their teams, the operational processes within the company are different from function to function and the help desk is not that helpful. I would of suspected a better operations within.

In my experience, advancement opportunities appeared to be influenced more by internal relationships and office dynamics than by merit. The company primarily promotes from within, which can support continuity, but at times it also led to approaches that felt resistant to new ideas or external perspectives. I sometimes observed a disconnect between leadership decisions and the day-to-day realities of the role, which made it challenging to feel fully supported operationally. Communication across teams could feel competitive rather than collaborative, and workplace dynamics occasionally created tension. Additionally, I felt the organization was slower than some competitors to adapt strategically to emerging AI-driven changes in the industry, which may impact long-term competitiveness if not addressed.
