      Pros

      Great environment, coworkers care about each other's careers and personal lives, everyone seems to lift you up in your professional growth. Great benefits, but the pay is not as high other similar firms. Overall Garver is fantastic and it would take A LOT for me to leave.

      Cons

      We could use some more parental leave. Four weeks paid is fine, but I think we should target for at least 6 weeks paid. A lot of people are satisfied with the four weeks, though, so this is really just a personal preference.
