company culture expects all employees to go far above and beyond including significant overtime

Experience, Culture, People, Resources, and pretty much anything else you can name is great!

Cons

Only downside is they don’t do a good enough job giving raises. It’s common for experienced people to leave for a 30-40% pay raise.
