It’s nice but there are things to work on

Pros

This is a great way to get in the beverage industry. Room for advancement within and that is without a degree Willis have is a plus.

Cons

The company for so long we’re about their people. The culture has changed on that. Upper management is about the higher ups and the bottom like us at merchandising do not matter. People have grown more frustrated this past year.
