Pros

Free lunch which is not that good either. The food is usually cold and high in carbs which does nothing for people trying to be healthy. They also have the same thing for 3 to 4 days in a row.

Cons

Management does not care, long hours, no caring for the people who work there, do unethical things like falsifying records (personal experience with this). They continually ask for more and more and do not care about what it takes to do it. Nothing is good enough and there is never any praise for what you do right. Working 12 to 15 hour days is a regular thing.

Pros

you got lunch at a discount, and you meet lots of good people from around the globe.

Cons

Management ran the work place like a natzi camp,Management caters to those that they like which was their own kind, from what I saw they try to get rid of the few minorities that work there which wasn't many in the first place, basically if you didn't speak spanish you had a target on your back, thankfully I had a rastafarian friend that understood them and would translate for me,the subliminal racism was undeniable,no room at all for advancement,no raises aside from the 5 cents you received after your 90 day probationary period till after 5 years

too much overtime & poorly managed

Pros

plenty of overtime. i work about 60 hours a week. weekly pay is nice.

Cons

you will be expected to work 10+ hours in the cold rooms each shift. you will be expected to work 6 days a week. if you don't, they will find a way to fire or suspend you. the "free food" is horrible, never hot or fresh. there's only gross coffee & room temp bottled water to drink. most people bring their own food, but there's not a lot of time to eat with a 30 minute lunch & a 10+ hour shift. there is a constant revolving door of new management coming and going, and they never last long. so the place is managed horribly. this company will double & triple your work load, and never give you a raise or help manage the added work among multiple people. then they will say you have too much overtime, while still doubling your work load. they did provide a cold jacket & pants suit after 3 months, but they don't wash them. They often mess up our hours & checks. so we all have to keep track of our hours. they will change the schedule and not tell you, so ask or check daily. Management will assign you tons of work, and then leave, and call out. so there's zero support and guidance often. they always run out of stuff, yet you will be blamed and expected to complete flights without the necessary items. always substituting items we don't have in stock. everyone is overworked & mad. employees seem rude and grumpy, but i get why, we are tired and overworked. the pay is very low for the amount of work you are responsible for, and the cold environment. more than 1/2 of the new hires don't even last a whole shift in the cold rooms, and 1/4 don't last more than a week.
