You are in the union. Guaranteed pay every week. Long standing company. If you have passion, you will last a long time here.

Cons

Lack of real leadership. Extremely unorganized. Most employees here have no passion for food. Always hiring important position from outside instead of from within. Politics inside company fueled by race. Easy work, but people make it hard.
