      Pays pretty great Free food they provide Certain supervisors are awesome, understanding, cool, etc...

      Cons

      Certain supervisor aren't professional, liars, manipulators, rude, etc... Lack of help when there aren't enough workers

      Pros

      Free lunch, and you're able to work overtime if you need to.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Your job as a packer can only be complete at the rate of which the trucks that deliver the charter carts come in. Besides the 15-30 minute interval between delivery trucks, another impeding factor to cart 8-hour cart completion, is some trucks do not have the type of charter cart you need to pack for your next flight. You will likely be getting 1-2 hours of OT, just from waiting for these trucks.
