Cons
Over the years the work place had many great staff members and managers that had input into the business and to have the business function. But there are issues within each department which impact other departments which therefore affect your daily tasks and target deadlines. Shortage of stock is the foremost problematic issue. The managers are hands off in some regard because there are to many issues to be rectified beyond that. If each department work in synergy to meet deadlines it will definetly make the business efficient.
