Pros
Decent pay, 5 weeks holiday per year, pay over time and not work over 38-hour workweek though the pay conditions are getting worse
Cons
total disorganization, not sure how the executive chef got his position there because of his lack of intelligence and skill, all the sous chefs in the company who bully other staff and upper management are disconnected from how things are run in the kitchen, so many staff are treated poorly, the money is not worth the disrespect.
