Cons
Terrible management. The senior leadership in Canada is more interested in organizing golf parties for the old boys than in managing. There is no vision for the future and favouritism is obvious to everyone: you're either in or you're out. Bullying is permitted and supported by the leadership. There are some good people trying to do the right thing but their voices are drowned out. Sales department is a joke, Operations is behind the times. This company needs a whole new revamp.
