      Only Dissatisfied with the huge amount of work given in 8 hours without any overtime and the changing of days off

      Good Free Food. Working with great people.

      Cons

      You will only get overtime if you come in on your day (s) off. First week worked I did over 40 hours but only 8 hours was actually log and paid for the week. The extra hours I did, one being 5:00am to 5:30pm only counted for 8 hours. There is no way someone can complete this shift in 8 hours alone. They have a very strict budget (no wonder people come and go so often).

      Pros

      Management does a good job keeping morale up with employee appreciation efforts. Fast paced enviroment keeps the job challenging and interesting. Great colleagues to work with in all departments. Positive work environment

      Benefits package and paid time off not very competative with other companies.

      You are always busy at the job and never a dull moment. The business is constantly moving towards some sort of direction.

      Cons

      Lack of resources, lack of training, lack of team work, lack of communication from senior management, and lack of long term vision
