A Wonderful Place to Gain Experience

Pros

The staff is professional, dedicated, and always willing to work together. I've gained valuable professional experience while working here.

Cons

There is such diversity among the job duties of many on staff that it's sometimes difficult to have a shared mission. The organization is beginning to embrace technology in order to share information more readily. And that's good news.

Pros

Staff are some of the best people that you will ever work with! Everyone is passionate about their jobs and the differences that they are making. Management has an open door policy and encourages you to come talk with them. I foresee lots of great things in HASA's future!

Cons

There has been a significant amount of change within the past several months. Change has been difficult for some, but overall it is making HASA a better place, as we navigate through the choppy waters.

The worker bees are some of the nicest people around. Employees love the the people they serve. Clients can find competent therapist.

Cons

Incompetent chaotic management Atmosphere where you are only as good as your last mistake.
