      Pros

      The work the company does can be interesting and on the surface the people are nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is a huge clique! Friends and friends of friends dominate. If you're not in the club, forget about being challenged or included in any planning or decisions. Not to mention that the friends will get jobs they simply are not qualified for just to make someone happy.

      Nice small government contractor, easy to know management

      low pay and very high insurance monthly payments

      Pros

      Co-workers are nice, function like any other contractor, pay is competitive, some of the managers are ok, and most employees are ok aslo.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with managers and especially HR, benefits weren't explained very well, no one calls you everything is through email, like pulling teeth
