      Laid back People are easy to get along with Understanding management Limited accountability (most consequential decisions made by upper management)

      Cons

      Work load inconsistent Processes are "too old to change" Government contract leads to many inefficiencies Not many employee appreciation incentives (no bonuses, Christmas party, etc.)
