Working here was an insane experience in the worst possible way. We're expected to work weekends just to avoid being blatantly excluded or disliked by your peers and management because apparently, your value is based on how much you're willing to sacrifice your personal life. The management is bloated with big egos, constantly demanding blind worship from employees while contributing very little themselves. Pay is horrible and doesn't come close to justifying the stress and hours they demand. Expect 60-70 hour work weeks as the norm, not the exception. There are no senior engineers to guide or mentor, just a revolving door of freshers thrown into meaningless tasks, most of which are completely detached from actual business value. The environment is toxic, morale is non-existent, and burnout is glorified.

There was absolutely no formal training or guidance for new hires. I was expected to handle complicated assignments without any real support. Mistakes were harshly criticized even though no one prepared me for the tasks. The whole onboarding process felt an afterthought.
