      Pros

      Great people, nice atmosphere, everyone working together- no drama. During the Covid crisis, management was very flexible with work schedules and breaks, we all felt lucky to be employed and still had overtime if we wanted it. The owners sent out emails during at the beginning of the crisis which were great.

      Pros

      It's a pleasure to work for this family run company with good values. This company really cares about their employees and it shows. They were valued by their employees and earned the Top Workplace Award recognition. Kudos to the owners and team for hiring the right employees to maintain a positive, collaborative workforce. Clean and safe work environment. New machines and equipment. Great workout room. Good overall team environment.

      Cons

      This company has very high quality standards, which is a good thing considering we design and manufacture medical device instruments. This company holds people accountable for quality, work policies/procedures, etc., which is refreshing. I'm treated fair, I feel valued, and I like working here. This isn't the place for non-motivated employees who are blatant rule breakers.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working here. Reading some of these comments below makes me laugh, I'm not sure we're working for the same company! The owners are very invested in each person working here, they meet and get to know everyone personally. Everyone is very professional, it is a very clean, climate-controlled shop, and there are so many fun things happening. I've found everyone to be hard working, helpful and kind. I truly love working here.
