      Very nice people in the mold room, clean facility. Good amenities aside from the work,

      Owners have a bit too much presence in the building, stressing a “professional workplace”, it’s manufacturing the focus should be on hitting quotas.

      Management is a joke and employees are mean If you don't fit in you will probably be fired for something you never did. Just do yourself a favor and move on. I am looking for a new job They don't care about people or family Unless it's their own. No room for advancement eighter.
