This company has very high quality standards, which is a good thing considering we design and manufacture medical device instruments. This company holds people accountable for quality, work policies/procedures, etc., which is refreshing. I'm treated fair, I feel valued, and I like working here. This isn't the place for non-motivated employees who are blatant rule breakers.
