      Pros

      to be honest the benefits are great, there is a gym and a really great cafeteria, they have a very clean factory in comparison to a lot of other companies

      Cons

      The disadvantage is that it is a bigger company and it is harder to move up and there will be more opportunity to learn and grow somewhere else.

      Pros

      Good compensation and co-workers. Plenty of overtime available. Nice bonuses at the end of the year.

      Cons

      High turnover, limited room for advancement, rare to see the owners. Disregard any 5 star reviews as being submitted by or on the behest of HR.

      Pros

      Is mostly a good place to work. keep your head down, nice to the right people, you can move up in company. Good culture, owners are more present than most companies I’ve been in. Fun work events. Plenty of OT if you want it

      Cons

      Be careful what department you get hired into may end up with an absent manager showing up after you already have been working for 4 hours and leaves before you do. Only really seems to be one engineer who cares enough to supports people on the floor without talking down to them
