Pros
Where available you get to learn cash commodity trading. However, this is not taught, you have to figure out much of it yourself. Good for go getters. Salary is decent but you're stuck in Omaha!
Cons
Its a fratboy culture. Need to have been part of ConAgra Trade Group to have any pull in the company. Bonuses are awful and since the Marubeni deal. Work for gavilon for a year then go get paid elsewhere. However- not sure how far you'll get in interviews telling people you were trading gerbil food for a living.
