      Great room for growth (when others get laid off) , Interesting Job,

      Cons

      Ability to get more work due to being good at your job rather than making it an even workload accross the board, pay and titled are based on being male vs female and whos backside you kiss to more than experience and ability to do your job, management plays favorites with worthless employees, Departments that are not revenue generating do not have a team approach, Company atmosphete is too corporate, HIGH STRESS AND HOUR EXPECTATIONS

      Pros

      Organization was relatively flat, making it easy to communicate with other departments. The company was supportive of growing talent and made a strong effort to ensure people felt their expectations were met.

      Cons

      Trading commodities can be volitile, and since my experience there the company was acquired by a Japanese company and I cannot speak to what may have changed since then.
