      Pros

      Pay for performance. Good Benefits. Profit Sharing. Hard work can get you where you want to go. Always pushing boundaries to advance company into new territory. Will fight to keep good employees.

      Cons

      Unclear goals/objectives at times. Management can be overbearing. Tough competition both in-house and from other companies can create a stressful environment. Work load can translate into long hours or odd hours depending on job/location needs.

      Pros

      The Savannah office is great. There's lots of good energy and lots to do. Everyone works well together (for the most part - I'm sure there are exceptions). My job was in logistics and it was stressful at times but very rewarding. Workers are compensated well for good performance.

      Cons

      It's a large company and so different locations operate differently. I can't speak to locations other than Savannah. However, all locations use the same computer system. It's extremely old - like, decades. It's difficult to use at times and there are only a couple of technicians that can help with it. They really, really need to update their system.

      Great environment, decentralized, each facility facilitates itself, rewarded for efforts, great people and customers, recognizes other competitors as networking and business opportunities instead of just competition, growing fast, big commitments ahead for major assets/investments, senior management challenges facilities to strive on being better and have great communication/interaction with each facility

      Cons

      Lacking in technology, some non commodity business being swallowed by corporate, seasonality business (harvest has long hours) typical grain industry
