Was a decent look in at commodity trading.

Cons

Job can be extremely stressful at times. Be prepared to be yelled at and berated by clients. Pay is not worth the abuse after a while.

If you like American mentality and have nothing against not having basic liberty of decision taking, you will probably like it.

Cons

Not easy to stomac some of the high ranking managers that believe they know it all but are as far from that as their belief in it is.

Pros

Some pros are the work environment, culture, interaction among co workers, exchanges of ideas and the people in general. Also, the company structure is a definite pro.

Cons

I really do not have any cons thus far to share. I feel like they are a great company to work for no matter what department.
