Very Good Company for freshers but cannot work more than 2 years

Pros

1. Good training and floor support 2. Good projects which helps to learn technical knowledge 3. Have good chance of internal movements, hence cross training skills and various projects knowledge can be improved 4. Training staff encourages associate for various coding certificates

Cons

1. Very less or basic salary salary 2. Same knowledge, same tenured associates from other cities (specifically southern india)will get good package compared to existing associates 3. Too much of work overload results in unpaid extension of shifts almost everyday 4. Employee recognition and grooming system is not yet established
