Pros

Work-life balance is good. You can manage your time well. You get to know a lot of things about medical billing. You will get to know how a team is managed and what issues they face on a daily basis.

Cons

Chaos. Right from the training period. The trainer(line trainer) is only one for a good 20-25 people. And there is no one to help unless you shout at them. No TL for some process. If there is no team leader then you are in a big trouble.
