Not so much pressure. Just have to complete 9 hour's shift

No Learning Opportunities. Have to do same thing again and again (boring) Worst for Freshers even after 2 year of exp some fresher don't even know proper coding I have experience in a call center so after joining this company I feel like I'm again switched to a call center from a software developer to a associate

I've been with GeBBS Healthcare Solutions for one year and overall, it's been a fulfilling experience. The work environment is positive, and the team camaraderie is fantastic. The management is supportive and approachable, which makes a huge difference. The work-from-office (WFO) setup could benefit from more time flexibility to accommodate diverse schedules. Additional bonuses and benefits for employees would also enhance the overall experience. However, the company culture is inclusive, and the opportunities for growth and development are encouraging. It's a great place to work with the potential to be even better!
