People actually invested in making things better were never heard, the people in charge seemed often clueless and indifferent to actual customer service. A lot of sweeping things under the rug.

they do not collect good info, part of that is the end user as they are not computer savy, but I was sent out to resolve a windows password login issue and it turns out it was a bios password issue, and after two hour I decided I was wasting the customers time, with no resolution, and found they had a relative that works at hp and could have the lap top reset for free, so good resolution for customer, but not for me as geeks refused to communicate with me and refused to pay me, two months go by , no communication no pay, now I'm researching methods to get my payment, not easy by the way. and they ask the tech to waste more time with scanning for virus updating the pc etc, I do understand some end users do not have the knowledge to keep up and are elderly. Work market is a joke. will not enforce payment and makes it very hard to use the escalate method and puts a time limit on asking for escalate
