      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. They use to be good, but not anymore. Good luck advancing. Directions and rules change without warning and nobody takes the blame or acknowledges that they changed. Instead they make you feel terrible. Company politics are crazy. They are about "diversity", how about just treating everyone with respect? There is also the good old boys club mentality with some men in management that view women as less educated. Had an high level man curse and scream at me just because he had a bad day. Maybe it isn't the whole company, or maybe it is.

      The pay is great and the benefits are affordable. I like that you get incentive bonuses also.

      Cons

      People are backstabbers and its like high school al over again.

      The pay is ok and coworkers are awesome! Benefits are really good, plus a pretty generous PTO program

      Cons

      Management is a joke and will never have your back. Don't get hurt because they will make your life a living hell!!!! Don't care about employees health or well being
