Pros

Best benefit package in the area, a forward looking approach to technology, they value their employees, many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Cost saving measures in my department involve having employees covering parts of other shifts, leaving their assigned shift short staffed more often than not. For example, having a first shift employee who normally starts at 6:00 am and leaves at 2:30, come in at 3:00 am and leave at 11:30.

Great benefits and co workers. There’s not much else good to say about this organization.

Cons

Understaffed, unreasonable expectations. Too much work, low morale, lack of consideration for people’s health and well being.
