Pros

As a company, they are in a great location with good benefits such as medical, dental, a flex pay to help with family insurance costs, free parking (in the building itself) and Tri-Met passes. The company has a very generous 6 week personal time off (PTO) plan available and employees are encouraged to use it. A bonus plan is being done again this year based off of company goals.

Cons

People with an ed background don't always have complete business knowledge so are amazing to work with, but come from a different culture. Jargon is different, etc...
