      Pros

      Global leader in a rather stable industry (smart cards). Recent focus on solutions will bring career interesting development opportunities. A few opportunities to be transferred abroad within the group.

      Cons

      Company with a strong manufacturing and technical culture but rather poor at sales and marketing. Strategy of top management around "digital security" lacks focus. Unclear how the company will look like in 10 years.

      Pros

      A Leader in Digital security. MNC company. A good place for fresh grad to hone their skills. Good for people who wanted to go for further studies. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Poor or no promotion unless you are a high flyer. Poor benefits to encourage staffs. No clear career path stated. High turn over rate = low staff morale. Salary is below market rate.
